The Seventh Biennial Conference of the Society of Early Americanists will be held 3-5 March 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Society of Early Americanists’ Seventh Biennial Conference, 3-5 March 2011, brings us to Philadelphia, site of extraordinary research facilities and exquisite historical landmarks. Our conference hotel, the Sheraton Society Hill, puts us in Old City, within walking distance of such sites as Independence Hall, Christ Church, Franklin’s Grave, Penn’s Landing, Carpenters’ Hall, and City Tavern, as well as dozens of restaurants and local shops. Our conference promises three days of the stimulating panels and speakers in Early American Studies that are our specialty, not to mention the exceptional collegiality that only SEA can provide. Add to all that reception events in several different locations, and you have THE conference event of 2011. Please plan to join us!

For more information about the conference, please see the sidebar menu to the left. Thank you.
