Dear SEA Colleagues,
Here are a few friendly reminders:
- everyone on the program—and everyone wishing to take advantage of the $200 room credit at the hotel—needs to be registered for the conference by the time we turn over the list of registrants to the hotel (probably by Thursday 5 March).
- a person only needs to Register for the conference in order to receive the room credit, but does not need to be an SEA member, unless presenting or chairing.
https://appserv.mnstate.edu/sea/conference/conference.php
- all presenters and chairs need to be both Registered for the conference and to be current SEA members.
Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon in Bermuda!
Cheers,
Tom

The $200 per-conference-registrant room credit ($200.00 credit per delegate, per stay based on a maximum of double occupancy per room) will be applied at checkout (it will appear as a credit on your bill); SEA will provide the hotel with the official registration list and the hotel will apply the credit to those listed on the registration list. Remember that membership in SEA and registration for the conference is open to everyone, regardless of academic affiliation or subject(s) of interest.
To get the room rate of $199 and to get the $200 per-conference-registrant credit you needed to book your room before Wednesday, 3 December 2008.
